We run it in two stages. The first requires nothing from you except a domain name. The second goes deeper, but only if you want it to — and we explain exactly what is involved before we start.
Stage 1 — External security scan
No access required
We run a cybersecurity risk assessment on your domain using specialist tooling. It takes around 10 minutes and requires nothing from you other than your domain name and contact details.
You get a branded report covering:
- Cyber Posture Rating — how your security stacks up against your industry benchmark
- Dark web exposure — whether any credentials linked to your domain have been compromised
- External vulnerabilities — exposed services, TLS and certificate issues, vulnerable technology
- Digital asset discovery — domains, subdomains, and IP addresses that could be at risk
- Estimated financial exposure — what a breach could cost based on your industry and digital footprint
This alone is usually enough to start a useful conversation. Most businesses are surprised by what we find.
Stage 2 — Internal audit
Admin access required
If you want to go further, we can look inside your environment. This requires temporary read-only admin access to your Microsoft 365 tenant and, where relevant, your IT systems. We tell you exactly what we will look at before we start, and we do not retain any credentials.
With access, we can check:
- Multi-factor authentication — whether it is switched on and correctly configured across all accounts
- Backup and recovery — whether your backups are actually tested and what your realistic recovery time would be
- Patch management — whether systems and software are being kept up to date
- Microsoft 365 security settings — conditional access, admin roles, licence configuration
- User access controls — whether permissions are appropriate and old accounts have been removed
What you get
A plain-English report covering what we found, what the risk is, and what we would prioritise fixing. If everything looks solid, we will tell you that too.
There is no obligation. If you want help fixing anything we can talk about that. But the audit itself costs nothing.
